Letterbox Warehouse guarantee's all products against faulty workmanship or poor quality for 2 years from the date of purchase.
If a product proves to be faulty or of poor quality Letterbox Warehouse will either refund or replace the product with one of similar design & dimensions. If a problem occurs with custom designs or multi units Letterbox Warehouse NZ will endevour to rectify the problem in a satisfactory manner via either repair or replacement.
Letterbox warehouse will not replace, remedy or refund the product under circumstances of vandalism or where the product has been subject to misuse or general lack of care.
