Phone orders are also welcome via our toll free number 0800 624 531. Payment options for phone orders are either via Mastercard/Visa or Direct Credit. Credit card payments are processed via the ASB Bank secure merchant facility & a PDF copy of the tax invoice will be sent to you via e mail once payment processed.

All products listed are available ex. stock for immediate delivery except for multi units, custom colours/designs or bulk orders. Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days dependant on location. For bulk orders please contact us for confirmation of delivery time.
If product is out of stock a notice stating "Out of Stock" will be listed next to a product. In the unusual event where a product has been charged out & is no longer available the customer will be advised immediately & a full refund will be administered on request.
All products carry a guaranteed against poor quality or workmanship, see "Product Guarantee/Warranty" page for full terms & conditions.
Returns for credit accepted within 7 days from the date product delivered except for custom colours or designs & multi units designs. These products are covered by the "Product Guarantee/Warranty" terms & conditions. Returned product must be in as new condition & in the original packaging. Return freight costs will be customers responsibility unless product is faulty or incorrect product supplied.
