Returns & Refund Policy

Goods received in damaged condition

In the event of goods received being damaged during shipping Letterbox Warehouse NZ will either replace the product at no charge or refund the full amount if preferred.

Letterbox Warehouse NZ will pay all costs to return the damaged goods & requires notification of the damage within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Any damage that has occured after delivery is not Letterbox Warehouse NZ responsibility.

Goods ordered incorrectly

In the event product has been ordered incorrectly Letterbox Warehouse NZ will refund the full amount less the cost of freight.

Customer must return the goods at there own cost & notify Letterbox Warehouse NZ within 30 days from date of delivery.

In the event of goods received being not of acceptable quality or standard expected

In the event product supplied is not of acceptable quality or standard expected Letterbox Warehouse NZ will refund the full amount & organise collection of goods at our own expense.

Letterbox Warehouse NZ requires notification of the issue within 30 days of receiving goods.

In the event of goods received being not fit for purpose or as described

In the event product supplied is not fit for purpose or as described Letterbox Warehouse NZ will refund the full amount & organise collection of goods at our own expense.

In the event of goods received having minor or major faults

In the event product supplied has a minor or major fault Letterbox Warehouse NZ will refund the full amount & organise collection of goods at our own expense.

Letterbox Warehouse NZ requires notification of the fault within 30 days from date goods were delivered.

Change of mind policy

If you change your mind after receiving delivery of the goods Letterbox Warehouse will offer a credit towards another product within our range.

Goods must be returned at purchasers expense & be unused in original packaging.

Letterbox Warehouse NZ requires notification you have changed your mind within 7 days from date goods were delivered.
